OMSI began its operations in 1975, performing landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the former US Naval Base in Subic, Olongapo which gave rise to its name. Our operation in Subic started in 1975 up until 1992. Over the years, through extensive experience, we mastered the craft of grounds maintenance. The uncompromising standards at The Base gave OMSI the expertise that would build its reputation: No matter how difficult a project is, OMSI will do the job to your satisfaction.

In 1980, having won the contracts for the maintenance of the US Naval Station, Cubi Point, and US Naval Magazine, OMSI earned its accolade as grand slam awardee.

In 1986, OMSI branched out to Metro Manila where it focused on industrial projects such as highway and airport maintenance services.
