DEGREASING

Oil build up and stains are common in any industrial environment. It is a safety hazard. This problem could easily cause injury to workers and damage to property. In airports, this is most evident in ramp/apron areas. Oil slicks normally come from aircraft and ground support vehicles. Aircrafts are most prone to this problem if their tires slip when docking.

OMSI contains this problem with a combination of equipment and chemicals. The process involves the use of biodegradable degreasing chemicals, a scrubber, and a pressure washer. To degrease, a chemical solution is poured over stains to loosen oils and grease. The spot is scrubbed using an automated ride on scrubber to thoroughly loosen and lift oil embedded in the concrete surface.

Water flowing at 2,000 PSI rinses off the dirty solution and further penetrates deep-seated oil in the concrete. We use the best products for our cleaning jobs such as Clarke-American Lincoln scrubbers and Tritan pressure washers. Our degreasing chemical is biodegradable and EPA approved which is environmental-friendly system for a safer environment.
